Job Description
CVS Health, a fortune 500 company has an exciting new FULLY REMOTE opportunity!

The Claims Supervisor position provides leadership of people, management of projects and initiatives through solid practices and procedures that demonstrate CVS Health’s values and strategies. This position’s primary responsibility is to support and gain knowledge and understanding of the Medicare Part D Claims processing rules, regulations, and requirements in addition to ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the Client Services Departments functions. Working with the management team, internal and external partners the position contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

As a Supervisor – Claims you will develop staff through supervision, training, and coaching as well as manage claims inventory, assign work, and escalate “at risk” claims to leadership and/or internal and external partners. In this role you will also serve as a point of contact for claims resolutions and questions from Clients, and internal or external partners. You will also improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

To successful in this role you need to understand and comply with Medicare Part D regulations and requirements as well as understand and utilize daily processing functions, systems, inventory and controls. You will also need to drive compliance initiatives within the department and teams organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
-1+ years experience leading teams, programs, and processes
-Verifiable history of progressive accountability and responsibility in the workplace

Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of CMS and Caremark systems and platforms
-Knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations and PBM experience
-Previous call center leadership experience
– Bachelor’s Degree

Education
-Verifiable GED or High School Diploma is required
