The primary responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Agent will be to assist retail customers that call to place orders, check on their order status, need to complete returns, has questions regarding the shipping process, and other services related to their order. As a Retail Customer Service Agent, you will work with the online order entry system to provide customers with accurate and relevant information while promoting a positive brand image.

Who is a good fit for this opportunity?

• You have worked as a retail sales professional and/or customer service agent managing incoming calls.
• You have an interest in retail and enjoy shopping.
• You feel comfortable in supporting and providing guidance to retail customers who need assistance with their order.
• You can commit to working Saturday & Sunday a minimum of 8 hours.
• Agents will have the opportunity to self-schedule additional hours/days outside of the 8-hour minimal that is required. Agents can self-schedule 20+ hours per week if desired.

• Independent contractors will invoice Liveops for inbound customer calls at $0.31 per minute for talk-time unless otherwise stated in a Statement of Work.
• This role is an independent contractor opportunity, providing virtual services to a Liveops’ client. As an independent contractor, you have flexibility in choosing when and where to provide services. This opportunity pays for time spent talking on the phone. Solely for informational purposes, an estimated earning potential for this opportunity is as follows:
• Minimal of 20 hours per week = $279 [1]
• Minimal of 30 hours per week = $418 [1]
• Minimal of 35 hours per week = $488 [1]

[1] Actual earnings may vary depending on call volume, number of calls taken, and other factors. Independent contractors are responsible for expenses and control their profit and loss. Liveops does not guarantee any earnings.

Available Hours

Calls are handled as follows: These hours are subject to change based on the clients’ needs.

• Hours: 5:00 am to midnight CST
• Days: Saturday & Sunday
• This Program requires independent agents to self-schedule and commit to be available for a minimum of 8 hours, during the available hours. (ex. 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday). This will be a requirement in the Statement of Work.
• Agents will have the opportunity to self-schedule additional hours/days outside of the 8-hour minimal that is required. Agents can self-schedule additional commits per week if desired.

Please Note: This certification is a three-week schedule that will give you all the tools you need to be fully prepared to be a successful customer service retail agent. The first 10 days of certification will familiarize you with the client, call types, systems, and best practices. Classroom sessions are held at scheduled times each day with a group of fellow agents and your facilitator. These 6 hours certification blocks consist of blended learning, to include both required instructor-led sessions and eLearning modules that you’ll work on at your own pace between live sessions while having access to immediate assistance from your facilitator. The final week of certification is nesting during which you’ll split your time taking live calls and meeting with your facilitators to solidify your skills. You will begin invoicing for each call you take to complete the nesting certification requirement. Post-certification you will continue to find great support as you keep learning and growing your skills! The certification class consists of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, and for 3 weeks will begin on June 18, 2018.
